At Clickase, we take pride in providing high–quality products and a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund guidelines below.

Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

  • Any tags, labels, or protective films must still be attached.

  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Items Not Eligible for Return

  • Used, worn, or washed items

  • Custom or personalized items (if applicable)

  • Items purchased during clearance, final sale, or promotional offers

  • Cases of customer damage or mishandling after delivery

Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at support@clickase.com within 7 days of receiving your order.

  2. Provide your order number and clear photos of the item.

  3. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions if approved.

  4. Once the returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status.

Return Shipping Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect.

  • Free return shipping.

Refund Time

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 7–15 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank or card account.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or different from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

  • Order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging
    We will replace the product or provide a refund at no extra cost to you.

Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled if they have not yet been shipped.

  • Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation is not possible.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at the moment.
To change an item, please request a return and place a new order.
