How do refunds work?
If you’re not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 7 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, your refund will be processed within 7-15 business days to your original payment method.
Please note:
- Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.
- Return shipping is free if the product received is damaged, defective, or incorrect.
- For all other returns, customers may be responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refunds are only processed after the item has been inspected and approved.

When will i get my order?

Delivery time depends on your location:

can i cancel my order after placing it?
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placing them, as long as they haven’t been shipped.
Once the order is dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled — but you may still be eligible for a return or exchange after delivery.

what if received a damaged or wrong product?
We’re sorry to hear that! If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos of the product.
